3. SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

As soon as your package has been fulfilled and scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your direct tracking number. You can also monitor your shipment live at any time using our Live Order Tracking portal.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you do not receive your order within 30 business days of placing it, you may contact us to request an order cancellation and a full refund. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries that arrive before this 30-business-day window.
