1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Welcome to Active Joint Gear (“AJG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, ordering products, or registering an athlete account, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
2. ELIGIBILITY & USER ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders on our site. When creating an athlete member account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your password and credentials.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & SIZING ACCURACY
We take extreme care in displaying the biomechanical specifications, sizing measurements, and material composition of our compression sleeves, braces, and recovery accessories accurately. However, colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your display device. Please refer to our Size Chart Guide to select proper dimensions.
4. ORDERS, PRICING & ACCEPTANCE
All prices listed on our store are in US Dollars ($ USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify prices, correct typographical errors, or decline/cancel any order at our sole discretion. In the event of an order cancellation after payment has been processed, a full refund will be immediately issued to your original payment method.
5. SHIPPING, DISPATCH & RISK OF LOSS
Active Joint Gear provides 100% Free Shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 2–6 Business Days (Mon–Fri) and standard delivery transit is estimated at 2–4 Business Days (Mon–Fri). Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the parcel to the shipping carrier.
Late Delivery: If you do not receive your order within 30 business days of placing it, you may contact us to request an order cancellation and a full refund. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries that arrive before this 30-business-day window.
6. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to hygiene and personal healthcare standards, Active Joint Gear does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for wrong size selections or change of mind. Returns and replacements are strictly accepted for items that arrived damaged or defective with proof submitted within 7 days of delivery. For full instructions, please consult our Return Policy.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PATENTS
All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, 3D circular weave patterns, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Active Joint Gear™ and protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.
8. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
Active Joint Gear products are designed for physical support, athletic compression, and joint warmth. They are not intended as diagnostic tools or as a substitute for professional medical treatment, orthopedic surgery, or physical therapy. Consult a physician if you experience chronic or severe joint trauma.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Active Joint Gear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products.
10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
